Bill Tamburrino

I studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, and have been painting for over 40 years.  My primary interest has been to paint outdoors "plein aire", as I am intrigued by the landscape, the movement of the sun, the atmosphere, and the change of seasons, often returning to the same site.  Much of my work is in Baltimore and the surrounding countryside in Maryland.  And, more recently, I have been fortunate to do some traveling in the American West, in France and in Italy.  My work has been in many shows locally and nationally--with several exhibits in Europe.  I am happy and honored that my paintings are in a number a private collections, in the U.S., Great Britain, The Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.
